酒店的服務員每天早上都是九點十點左右敲門就為了拿毛巾，已被吵醒過幾次了。第一次見這樣的，服務員不會講英語就很難溝通

這個酒店還可以，距離機場比較近，早餐很豐盛，服務也很熱情，機場打車到酒店注意還價，出租司機要價虛高😇

Ho fatto la prenotazione cinque mesi prima ed avendo sbagliato le date ho mandato una e.mail alla struttura , non hanno mai risposto né letto la mail . Ho chiamato tramite 訂房網站 e non hanno mai risposto . Ho dovuto pagare una sera in più e quando gliene ho parlato hanno negato per poi verificare che l' email l' avevano ricevuta contestualmente alla prenotazione . Scusate ma nella struttura la piscina era chiusa, a colazione non c era un cucchiaino ne qualcosa per girare il caffè continuando , insalate scondite perché se chiedevi olio ed aceto dicevano che non ne avevano per tutto il soggiorno ....credo non si possa definire questo un buon hotel solo a causa della gestione maldestra ! Francamente ci sono strutture più piccole in centro che hanno un servizio impeccabile e costano 1/4

Des travaux dans l’hôtel à 3h du matin en guise de berceuse. Et je dois aller avec le réceptionniste voir les ouvriers pour qu’ils voient bien qu’un client s’est plaint du bruit. Bienvenue dans la 6ème dimension 🤦🏽

A horrible hotel, starting from it's staff who doesn't even bother to say "hello" or "welcome", continuing to the room, for wish, despite of being prepaid they wanted to have more money from me (the price i paid was 12000 rouble ~ 130 USD, and they wanted to have me pay for two nights 1600 dinar ~ 500 USD), first it's pure scam action, second it's a crazy price for this kind of hole, the room was dirty, the floor not wiped, the safe and the minibar did not work, there was no drinking water (4 stars hotel..), the bed was missing a couple of structures. All that is left of the golden tulip is trashed, old rags, old and dirty info paperwork. You can find a better and cheaper hotels and avoid this joke of a 4 stars hotel at any cost.
